The owners do their best to be always pleasant and kind, creating a special atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in the" Sala delle colazioni" or outside, on the terrace.

Every morning you can have coffee, tea, a selection of homemade cakes, nutella, fresh bread and several types of homemade honey.

The reception is always available to get information about Spoleto and Umbria's places of interests.

Bedrooms

The bright rooms (some with cooking corner) have simple but confortable furnitures. Linen is always fresh and clean.
